A rare and intense limited edition, The Gauldrons Eclipse is crafted from a marriage of Single Cask Single Malts exclusively from Campbeltown, finished in Orange Wine casks sourced from the cellars of Jerez de la Frontera, in the heart of Andalusia. A first for our Campbeltown Blended Malt, this release reveals a whisky where tradition embraces the unexpected. On the nose, aromas of malt, dried apricots, orange peel and toasted almonds emerge, the rich and expressive palate develops notes of walnuts, honey, ginger and stone fruits, while the long, lingering finish shines with warming spices and tangy orange, with an almost otherworldly edge.
