‘Located in the town of Keith, this distillery, founded in 1786, is one of the oldest in Scotland. Originally named Milton in its early days, it adopted the name Strathisla from 1870 to 1890. It continued to produce under the Milton name until 1951, when it was permanently renamed Strathisla. Since 2001, following the takeover of The Chivas and Glenlivet Group, it has been owned by the Pernod-Ricard group. Remarkably fresh, this version is also impressively serene.
