Siren est le visage de la nouvelle scène brassicole anglaise, fondée par un duo anglo-américain et élue meilleure nouvelle brasserie anglaise en 2013. La brasserie se distingue par la rigueur, la précision, et la modestie de l’équipe, qui souhaite brasser pour tous les publics en jouant sur un vaste registre d'arômes, saveurs, couleurs et textures.

Le résultat : des bières aromatiques, aussi intrigantes qu’enthousiasmantes, à l’image de la bière Yu Lu, une Pale Ale brassée avec des feuilles de thé Earl Grey et des zestes de citron. Baptisée en l’honneur du prestigieux thé chinois utilisé pendant le brassage, cette bière à la robe blonde et pale offre des notes subtiles d’orange, de citron, de bergamote et d’épices issues du thé. Yu Lu est une bière rafraichissante et légère, marquée par des saveurs florales, herbacées et citronnées, accompagnées d'une légère amertume. Un délice parfait pour voyager depuis son canapé.
