The result: aromatic beers as intriguing as they are exciting, like Yu Lu, a Pale Ale brewed with Earl Grey tea leaves and lemon zest. Named after the prestigious Chinese tea used in brewing, this pale blonde ale offers subtle notes of orange, lemon, bergamot and tea spices. Yu Lu is a refreshingly light beer, marked by floral, herbaceous and lemony flavors, accompanied by a slight bitterness.
