The eighth edition of this annual limited series, Classic Cut 2024, continues to explore the flavors that an exquisite union of American ex-bourbon oak casks and European sherry casks can offer. This edition is bottled at 52.4% ABV, selected by the Whisky Maker as the optimal strength to bring out the key characteristics of this expression. At full strength (52.4% ABV), vanilla is the standout element. When water is added to bring the whisky down to 40% ABV, tropical notes of sweet pineapple emerge.
