Nose : puissant, sans compromis, dominé par le fût de sherry. Notes de rancio, de noix, de miel et de café. Il se développe sur le fruit, coing et pomme cuite. Pointe d’exotisme. Pain d’épice, il devient plus gourmand sur le cake aux fruits, le chocolat et le lait aux amandes.

Palate : tannique, enrobée de chocolat noir. Sur les épices. Huile de sésame. Retour sur le fruit et le cachou, réglisse.

Overall : se développe sur le malt vert. Fraîche.
