This sweet, fortified wine has been around for decades and we have used casks previously used to mature it to age this delightful limited edition Port cask whisky. Our Port Cask Matured whisky expression is bottled at 61.1% ABV, so is also cask-strength, and it certainly packs a lot of flavour. There are 500 bottles available in this limited edition run, and this whisky is also non-chill filtered with natural colour. This single malt whisky is best tasted neat to begin to fully appreciate the cask-strength, heightened flavour profile. After that, we recommend gradually adding a small amount of water to dilute it to your taste and to let all the tasting notes reveal themselves."
