DE LUZE XO Fine Champagne

Cognac De Luze, a taste for finesse. Our XO is a unique blend of eaux-de-vie from the most prestigious terroirs of the Cognac AOC, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, which, when assembled, create "Fine Champagne". These eaux-de-vie are matured in French oak barrels before being blended by our Maître de Chai in the purest Cognac tradition. As a food pairing for our XO, we recommend caviar, duck, chocolate or orange desserts, or crème brûlée. Drink it neat at room temperature, with an ice cube or in a chilled glass.
