This Blended Malt is quite simply UNIQUE.
Slightly Peated
Nose : On the nose, we start with a distinct hint of peat smoke and a slight hint of iodine, followed by sweet and fruity aromas. Pleasant cereal aroma combined with notes of pastries and dried fruit. Subtle notes of sherry appear.
Palate : On the palate, we discover a medium-bodied and smooth texture. Notes of honey, licorice, and peat smoke mingle with spicy notes.
Overall : Medium finish, slightly bitter with sweet cereal notes.
