The Ardmore distillery has always produced a peaty single malt (between 12 and 14 ppm of phenols). In the malting process, the peat used comes from Saint-Fergus, a village located in Aberdeenshire. It also produces a non-peated version called Ardlair.
The Un-Chillfiltered Collection range brings together non-chillfiltered single malts, bottled at 46% from carefully selected small batch casks. Rich, aromatic and oily, these whiskies have preserved all their character, for a most authentic taste experience.
