This 2012 vintage, selected by Signatory Vintage for the Cask Strength Collection, matured for 13 years in an Oloroso Sherry Butt. The cask highlights the spirit’s fruity and spicy depth, while natural strength enhances body and texture.
Nose : Raisins, plum, cocoa, candied orange and cinnamon.
Palate : Powerful and broad. Dates, dark chocolate, stewed red fruits, sweet spices and toasted oak.
Overall : Long and warming, with mocha, dried fruits and a delicate peppery note.
