The additional years spent in cask have in no way diminished the freshness, smoothness and firmness of expression that characterised its predecessors, quite the contrary. Evoking oily, herbaceous and medicinal peat, its aromatic palette is also resplendent with exoticism. As if driven by a sea breeze, it lands on the eastern shore of Indaal Loch, on the island of Islay.
