All about making whisky
The Yaguara distillery was founded in 1923 in Ivoti, not far from Porto Alegre. Over five generations, the same family of Master Distillers have made this Cachaça from hand-picked sugar cane. The fermentation process is carried out using strains of yeast that are cultivated locally. Yaguara has an original flavour and is gorgeously silky on the palate; it vigorously unfurls its natural, assertive character throughout the tasting experience.
Profile: powerful and unusual, with fragrances of white peach and fresh sugar cane juice, it becomes increasingly spicy (coriander, cardamom).
