Description
This Family Estate Bottled Small Batch Rye is a raw gem of American terroir. Blended from High Rye (74% rye, 11% corn, 15% malted barley) and Low Rye (51% rye, 34% corn, 15% malted barley), it is bottled unfiltered.
Each batch is marketed at a different alcohol content.
Tasting notes
Nose : Tapissé de notes de cerises confites acidulées, il s’ouvre avec le temps, amenant des notes dcannelle, d’épices et une touche de bois de chêne.
Appearance : La robe est cuivrée aux reflets ambrés, annonçant une grande richesse aromatique.
Palate : Un Rye robuste entre cerise noire, vanille brulée et longueur épicée.
Overall : Longueur et épaisseur en bouche soulignant des notes de cerises et d’épices persistantes
