WHISKY IS THE LIMIT Auchroisk 2011

The Auchroisk distillery is located in the Speyside region of Scotland and produces a smooth, fruity single malt whisky with a subtle hint of toasted grain. The finish in Saint-Estèphe red wine casks adds further complexity to the whisky, bringing notes of red fruit and subtle hints of wood. The reduced bottling strength of 57.1% was chosen because it enhances the elegance of this single malt while maintaining the balance of the woody notes.
