WHIPLASH Rollover Unitaire

Rollover is a Session IPA, brewed with the same blend of hops (Ekunaot, Lemondrop, Enigma and Galaxy) as Whiplash's Double IPAs, but with half the alcohol and less sugar. Silky with a touch of oats and opaque like a fruit juice, the sweet Rollover is both light and refreshing like a Session and cloudy, hoppy and juicy like a New England IPA. This is a little bomb of exotic fruits (passion fruit, papaya, mango), red fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant) and citrus fruits (lemon), slightly resinous and slightly bitter, as exotic as it is unforgettable.
Suggested pairings :
Complementary: Dishes with coconut milk (curry, pana cotta).
Contrast: Cold meats (charcuterie, terrine, beef carpaccio).
