A new range launched in Spring 2020, the Cask Collection illustrates the creativity of the West Cork distillery. Produced in small batches, these Single Malts made from 100% Irish malted barley are triple distilled and then aged in first-fill bourbon casks. Each is then matured in a spirits or fortified wine cask for several months and therefore has a unique character and a 100% natural colour. For each Single Malt, the House from which the casks originate is specified in the greatest transparency on the label.
For this Sherry Cask Finished, the influence of the Bodega Baron Sherry casks is very clear, with a spicy Single Malt enhanced with notes of dried and candied fruits.

Ouverte en 2004, West Cork incarne la renaissance des distilleries irlandaises. Ce whiskey 100% irlandais effectue une triple distillation dans les alambics pot stills en utlisant des céréales qui proviennent exclusivement de son pays. Outre la gamme classique de West Cork comprenant un blend, un brut de fût, un single malt de 10 ans et un whiskey vieillit dans des fûts ayant eu une chauffe très importante, West Cork a développé une autre gamme mettant en avant l'innovation sans pour autant dénigrer la tradition.
