The result of a quest for the perfect Tequila mixto, the Viva Mexico brand was created by Feliciano Vivanca’s family in their El Ranchito distillery at the entrance to the town of Arandas. Distilled in traditional stills from 80% oven-baked agave (most mixtos only contain around 51%), Viva Mexico Reposado Mixto comes close to a good 100% Tequila. Light, aromatic yet less dominated by herbaceous notes compared to the blanco, notes of mint and jasmine as well as chocolate and vanilla are all perceptible.
