Description

Vallein Tercinier launches in 2020 a new Brut de Fût, Lot 96, 100% Fins Bois. Subtle and voluptuous nose. Exuberant and wise at the same time, this Cognac offers us a festival of aromas: violet candies, jasmine, exotic fruits, English cake and candied apricots. The mouth is fat, and gives way to delicacy: Violet, Timut pepper, licorice and lemon. In the final tasting, very light oxidative and floral notes tending towards white tea, are harmoniously completed by discreet flavors of honey, chestnuts and toasted bread. This cognac is not cold filtered, the color is natural.

Nose : Nez subtils et voluptueux. Exubérant et sage à la fois, ce Cognac nous offre un festival d’arômes : Bonbons à la violette, jasmin, fruits exotiques, gâteau Anglais et abricots confits.

Palate : La bouche est grasse, et laisse place à de la délicatesse : Violette, poivre de Timut, réglisse et citron

Overall : En finale de dégustation, de très légères notes oxydatives et fleuries tendant vers le thé blanc, sont harmonieusement complétées par des saveurs discrètes de miel, de châtaignes et pain toasté
