Style: Rich and fine. Nose: Great finesse. Fresh and voluptuous notes. Palate: Rich. The ginger prevails. Finish: The finish is fairly dry, and lasts for a long time with notes of root ginger.
Tasting notes
Nose : incredibly fresh. A precise note of citrus fruits, lemon and orange. A precise expression of root ginger. On the border between an orange liqueur and gin. Particularly fragrant. Gingerbread notes.
Palate : very smooth and marked by ginger. Evolves more subtly with lemon and lemongrass. Evokes roses and violets.
Overall : the ginger fades away into violet zan liquorice and catechu. Drawn out with citrus fruit, lemon and mandarin.
