- Nose : frais et pâtissier, il est marquée par la vanille, le café et la praline. Point d’abricot et de miel.
- Palate : onctueuse mais pas trop épaisse, elle évoque aussi bien le café que le tiramisu avec ses notes de chocolat, de toffee, de lait concentré et de vanille. L’abricot sec enrobe le tout.
- Overall : longue et sucrée, sur l’abricot sec et la vanille.
- The brand
Created by Bernard Walsh, the Irishman range is mainly composed of three Irish Whiskeys: a pot still blend created from 70% malt whiskey and 30% pure pot still whiskey; a 10 year old single malt whisky; and a cask strength version. In order to create the different Irish whiskies in this range, Bernard Walsh called on the help of various Irish distilleries, including Old Bushmills and Midleton. The Irishman also offers a liqueur with a cream and whiskey base, and Hot Irishman, a liqueur for making Irish Coffee at home.
