TAKENO 2020 Kameno Kurabu

Kamenoo, meaning "turtle tail", is an ancient variety of rice rediscovered in 2000 by a historian in the Kyoto area. With the help of local farmers, this rice has been reintroduced by Takeno to make a sake that has quickly made a name for itself with its lively and fruity profile. To be enjoyed chilled, like a white wine, after decanting to release all its aromatic nuances. Rarely for a sake, it can also improve in the cellar over several years, hence the mention of the vintage on the label.
