Tasting note
- Appearance : Incolore.
- Nose : Précis, attirant. Le basilic côtoie avec évanescence la menthe poivrée. Il gagne en profondeur en devenant plus pâtissier. Note de fève. Evoque une tarte aux épinards. Particulièrement intéressant car déroutant à souhait.
- Palate : Douce, ronde. Soutenue par des agrumes (citron vert, bergamote), le basilic libère ses feuilles. Une pointe de camphre lui confère une tonalité médicinale. Evolue sur les arachides (tournesol, cacahuètes).
- Overall : Longue, huileuse (olive) et verdoyante. Quelques graines de moutarde, du poivre et des piments viennent apporter du piment.

The brand
Unlike most vodkas, the vodkas produced by Square One are distilled and filtered only once. This means that its raw materials must be of a perfect quality and that its fermentation and distillation processes must be carried out with expert precision. Its incomparably sweet and rich character comes from the use of organic rye from North Dakota. Through the care taken in the selection of its rye, the use of a special yeast and a carefully monitored distillation process, this vodka is proof that a white grain spirit can be sweet, rich and unctuous. To be enjoy chilled or at room temperature, it also makes an excellent base for cocktails.
