- Appearance : green-grey tinged patina.
- Nose : unctuous and oily, it reveals notes of grains and candied citrus fruit (lemon, clementine). It evolves with heady floral notes and spices (pepper, cloves).
- Palate : gentle, almost sweet, and lightly smoky, it reveals floral notes (lavender) and red fruits (raspberry).
- Overall : long and fine, it develops with ripe fruit (mirabelle and greengage plums) and white flowers.
