Description

Tasting notes
Nose : Pulpeux, séducteur. La framboise, la mûre, le cassis et la pêche sont au rendez-vous fixé par ce Sloe Gin. Il évolue sur les amers et les plantes typiques d’un gin. Ponctué de pivoine, de camphre et de girofle.
Overall : Longue, rafraîchissante. Les agrumes (orange sanguine) font leur apparition. Elle se développe sur le quinquina et la peau de pêche. La rétro olfaction est originale, champêtre et ranciotée. Le verre vide est médicinal.
