Rubis Blanc is the result of a specific process created with the aim of expressing and sublimating the original aromas of the barley. Rubis Blanc is distilled twice. The degree is then lowered with pure water taken from the volcanic subsoil, using a slow fractional reduction. The master blender has developed an original, pure and extraordinarily smooth white malt distillate. It is all the know-how of a family of distillers established for 150 years in Rozelieures in Lorraine which is found there
