Tasting notes
Nose : The nose reveals fruity notes of banana and pineapple flambé, honeyed and spicy notes with gourmet vanilla. Powerful and greedy, this old rum is embellished with woody and empyreumatic notes such as toasted bread or hazelnut, which gives it an aromatic profile full of character.
Palate : The attack in mouth is balanced, round and powerful on the warm woody and empyreumatic notes, then appear the soft and pleasant spices that are vanilla and nutmeg. The whole being coated with the fruity notes of the nose. It is rich, round, unctuous and greedy.
Overall : The finish is persistent on fruity and toasted notes.
