Real Minero Barril is made 100% from the Barril agave, a wild variety that requires 14 years to reach maturity. The agave is cooked in the earth in accordance with tradition, while the concoction is fermented in wooden urns. After two distillations, only 175 litres are produced. An extraordinary and very rare product.
