Another new addition to the range from Germany. This whisky is distilled by Saillt Mòr who have had their distilling licence since 1602 but only started distilling whisky in 2009. This expression has been matured in an ex-sherry cask, with a Bourbon cask finish - oddly the other way around to most sherry finished whiskies._x000D_
