All about making whisky
Port Dundas 1978 36 Year Old 51% is a single grain whisky aged entirely in one second-fill bourbon cask. Bottled at a cask strength of 59.3% without chill filtration or added colouring. It is a sweet, spicy whisky characterised by notes of vanilla, apricot and crème brûlée.
It is part of the Extra Old Particular range from independent bottlers Douglas Laing & Co. Each bottling is a discovery of the most extraordinary elements Scotland has to offer.
