Bottled at 50.3% alc., Plantation 2004 Fiji boasts aromas of exotic fruits and spices.
Tasting notes
Nose : Very intense, it starts on coffee, vanilla and fudge followed by peach, orange peel, banana, cooked pear, walnut and cocoa.
Appearance : Dorée, brillante.
Palate : Oily and tangy, quince, citrus peel and coconut, followed by balsam and cinnamon.
Overall : Very long on smoky molasses, cocoa, almond, cherry, apple and cloves.
