All about making whisky
Pimm’s n°1 is a gin-based British liqueur. It is comprised of gin, fruit juices and spices. Created in 1859 by James Pimm, an oyster bar owner, today the recipe still remains a closely-guarded secret known to only 6 individuals. Pimm’s is characterised by its golden brown hue, average richness and notes of citrus fruits and spices. Can be enjoyed neat over ice or in a cocktail.
