COGNAC FERRAND Selection des Anges

Protected deep within thick stone walls, hundred-year-old oak barrels rest on a beaten earth floor. They contain precious liquid that will become Sélection des Anges cognac. The walls, which have blackened with time, point to the high level of angels' share in the cellar's natural humidity. As they evaporate more alcohol content than other spirits, cognacs aged in humid cellars (such as Sélection des Anges) are light, smooth, and bursting with notes of fresh fruit.
