Old Overholt est une marque fondée en 1810. Ses whiskeys sont aujourd'hui produits par la fameuse distillerie Jim Beam, dans le Kentucky. Avant la Prohibition, la marque était établie en Pennsylvanie, là où elle fut créée par les frères Overholt. Ce whiskey de seigle traditionnel est très populaire aux États-Unis : il servait notamment de potion médicinale aux soldats américains lors de la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
