Tasting notes
Nose : Notes de melon, miel, amandes fumées, pèche, citron et orange associées au fumé de la tourbe. Puis arômes de poire, pomme, chêne grillé, résine de pin et notes terreuses.
Palate : Doux et sucré en ouverture : notes de citron, gousses de vanille, melon et fleurs d’oranger. Puis notes de fruits mûrs et sirop (influence du passage en fûts de Sauternes).
Overall : Saveurs citronnées et salées lorsque les notes de chêne et de fruits s’effacent. Le fumé de la tourbe s’installe, c’est la signature Octomore.
