NUSBAUMER Framboise Sauvage

Framboise Sauvage is a fragile wild berry with subtle aromas. Because of its low sugar content, it must first be macerated in grape brandy for a month, at a rate of 8 kg of fruit per liter of alcohol. It is then traditionally distilled in small copper stills, and aged in stainless steel barrels for 2 years to preserve the freshness of the fruit. This wild-fruit eau-de-vie is a little less rounded than cultured raspberry eau-de-vie, but is more fragrant, seductive in its elegance and great finesse.
