This 1997 vintage is marked by a very beautiful aromatic intensity and a subtle complexity with olfactory notes of chocolate, spices (black pepper) and cocoa. On the palate it is very round with a roasted cocoa flavour. The finish has a long aromatic persistence. The end of mouth privileges a very pleasant taste of hazelnut. A trip to the borders of greediness, all in balance.
