TASTING COMMENTS
The colour is amber gold, with hints of ruby. There is a beautiful brilliance as well as tears of fat, due to the distillation technique. The nose is intense, with very cereal notes, thanks to the quality of the raw material. Aromas of red fruit, such as blackcurrant, then ripe fruit, such as quince, are present on the second nose, dominated by notes of cocoa. A complex nose that will surprise you. The palate is lively and greedy. The flavours are reminiscent of those on the nose. Long-lasting.
FOOD AND WHISKY PAIRING
A perfect aperitif for epicureans. A perfect accompaniment to sweet and savoury dishes such as caramel pork. Ideal with cheeses such as fruity Comté. For dessert, opt for the classic chocolate cake to delight your taste buds.
