The Milk & Honey Roots is a special herb liqueur that was crafted at the distillery, in the heart of Tel-Aviv, to symbolize the Israeli essence and roots. Seven known people from diverse cultural and professional fields, individuals who are revolutionary, creative, daring entrepreneurs, were asked to choose a unique herb, root or spice that represents the essence of Israel for them: Almonds, Savory, Coriander, Jasmine, Tarragon, Thyme and Cardamom. Together, their choices created a complete, unique blend specially prepared at the distillery ֠Roots Liquor, based on the Milk & Honey New Make product. 500ml 35%abv
