Après un grand nombre d’expérimentations spiritueuses la distillerie israélienne M&H, installée à Tel-Aviv, sort une nouvelle gamme de trois expressions appelée Elements. Tous les fûts de cette série sont méticuleusement sélectionnés par le talentueux master blender Tomer. Element Israeli Red Wine Cask est par définition une célébration tout entière au terroir local d’Israel. D'anciens fûts de vin rouge provenant des meilleurs vignobles du pays ont été choisis pour ce volet de la trilogie des Éléments. Le climat méditerranéen, la variété des types de sol, les journées chaudes et ensoleillées et les nuits fraîches apportent une saveur épicée et unique au vin - et par conséquent, aux fûts de la distillerie.

Fondée en 2013 au cœur de Tel Aviv par Gal et Lital Kalkshtein, deux entrepreneurs ambitieux, Milk & Honey est la première distillerie de whisky Israélien. Ses fondateurs n’ont pas hésité à faire appel à des experts, notamment le Dr Jim Swan, afin de soutenir leur ambition de créer une gamme combinant innovation et tradition, à l’image de Tel Aviv : fraîche, urbaine, multiculturelle et vibrante.
