Description
The Macallan M Black is the latest and most complex edition in the range. Designed specifically to pay homage to a deeper, smokier Macallan, the crystal that houses this precious spirit has also ventured into uncharted territory. Requiring detailed research, prototyping and experimentation, the development of the M Black decanter was a crystal adventure, bringing to life a final product as unique as the whisky it contains.
Tasting notes
Nose : Une riche douceur de crème à la vanille avec de légers filets de fumée et une douceur terreuse de chocolat noir.
Palate : Initialement une riche combinaison de fruits secs et d'agrumes et lentement cela se transforme en une riche fumée tourbée. C'est un merveilleux contraste, c'est presque comme si le whisky se présentait en deux parties permettant un aperçu de la saveur avant d'être enveloppé de douces notes de tourbe. Les éléments légers de fruits secs fumés et une noisette d'amande le rendent presque moelleux
Overall : Longs fruits secs sucrés avec une longue saveur de tourbe sucrée.
