Nose : full-bodied, unctuous. The stunning aroma palette reveals walnut, dried apricot, quince jelly, heather honey, raisin, curry, almond, coconut, bitter orange, leather, dried leaves, tobacco, mustard seed, wilted rose, peony, lavender, salted butter caramel, root ginger, courgette tempura, beeswax and sandalwood.

Appearance : orangey copper.

Palate : elegant, distinguished. On the attack, a single fruit dominates: apricot. It is as though we are literally biting into its flesh. Little by little, vanilla, sugar cane and tobacco leaf envelop the taste buds. On the mid-palate, the dominant fruit is orange, with its zest refreshing the palate, while orange blossom fills the air with great distinction. The smooth end of the palate is chocolatey, mentholated and nobly spiced (cardamom, saffron).

Overall : long, rich. At the start of the finish, turmeric, candied ginger, fresh walnut and almond milk bring lots of smoothness to the flavour palette, which has retained the same ethereal character. The end of the finish reveals cocoa and tonka bean, lavender honey and courgette tempura. The retro-nasal olfaction places a bouquet of dried flowers on a freshly polished table. The empty glass is praline, spicy (ginger, cinnamon) and deliciously syrupy (lime blossom honey, cane sugar).
