LARUSÉE Pastis 6 Carrefour de l'Odéon

Located in the canton of Neufchâtel in Switzerland, the Larusée distillery is first and foremost an absinthe producer. Not surprising, since this legendary drink is said to have originated in the same canton. At the &Fine Spirits boutique, we wanted to create a pastis that would incorporate absinthe to echo its origins. Larusée was the perfect partner for this project. For the Swiss distillery, the production of pastis is like clockwork. Working by distillation and then maceration, it gradually integrates more than thirty aromatic herbs, natural extracts, essential oils and, of course, absinthe.
