LARUSÉE Absinthe Blanche de Léon

Larusée Blanche de Léon is an absinthe that pays tribute to the man without whom nothing would have happened. This absinthe, containing organic Edelweiss grown in Switzerland, is all finesse, complexity and delicacy. Edelweiss brings an even more floral note as well as a certain smoothness to the tasting, immediately counterbalanced by a slight spiciness. It is also possible to distinguish aromas of hay and gingerbread. It is an absinthe with real character and is produced in small quantities only between September and November each year.
