- Appearance : white wine with glints of silver.
- Nose : fresh, subtle. It reveals fruity and floral notes. Notes of well-ripened apples, pears, and lychees. Spicy, slightly peppery scents. Milky notes. Reminiscent of a Riesling. Powdered.
- Palate : smooth and slightly acidic. It reinforces the bouquet’s fruity character. Fruit juice. Then it opens up with more cereal notes of bread crumbs.
- Overall : slight acidity which leaves the palate clean and fresh.
