Tasting notes
Nose : fresh, subtle. It reveals<br>fruity and floral notes. Notes of<br>well-ripened apples, pears, and<br>lychees. Spicy, slightly<br>peppery scents. Milky notes.<br>Reminiscent of a Riesling. Powdered.
Palate : smooth and slightly acidic.<br>It reinforces the bouquet’s fruity<br>character. Fruit juice. Then<br>it opens up with more cereal notes of<br>bread crumbs.
Overall : slight acidity which leaves the<br>palate clean and fresh.
