- Appearance : orange with red glints.
- Nose : mellow, an oily feel characteristic of pot still rums. Notes of creamy and slightly resinous coconut, liquorice, cloves and molasses. Harvested herbs.
- Palate : both light and deep, characterised by notes of bitter cocoa, pine honey, walnut and chestnut. A touch of red berries.
- Overall : long and verging on warm, hay, dried fruit and apple compote.
