- Appearance : copper with orange tinges.
- Nose : refined, elegant. Dried fruits (fig, apricot) take the forefront. A fine layer of caramel then envelops aromas of chocolate and leather. Notes of cardamom, mint and thyme give it great freshness.
- Palate : lively, ethereal. Though vanilla appears at the beginning, waves of black pepper and clove soon roll across the tongue. When it regains its calm and serenity, it reveals juicy notes of mirabelle and greengage plum.
- Overall : long, delicate. The spices become sweeter (cinnamon). Well-rounded, it is marked by notes of undergrowth (mushrooms). Lusciously woody, it evolves with notes of salted butter caramel and black fruits (blueberry).
