Description
Tasting notes
Nose : generous, refined. Harmonious, with notes of flowers (violets, lilacs), honey, apricots and dark chocolate. Evolves with lightly smoked malted barley and pipe tobacco.
Palate : firm, smooth. It reveals the mellow acridity of the peat and notes of heather, then develops spicy notes (nutmeg).
Overall : dry, ashy. Notes of walnuts and almonds underscore the influence of the maturation in sherry barrels. Lingers with notes of heady flowers and heather honey.

Très bon produit dans la tradition de Highland Park.
Puissant Une très bonne découverte, même si il m'a fallu un peu de temps pour apprivoiser son fort taux d'alcool. Pour commencer, ça robe est juste magnifique, le nez laisse sans voix, puissant et riche, un monde d'écart par rapport aux autres whiskys de ma cave. En bouche, il faut l'apprivoiser ou y ajouter quelques gouttent d'eau pour pouvoir le savourer à juste valeur suivit d'un long final.
Chaudement recommandé Aberlour A Bunadh est tout simplement excellent. Très fort, très puissant, très savoureux. Très et jamais trop. Un conseil:savourez le sans nourriture.Il est assez gourmand et n'a pas besoin d'être mêlé aux aliments.Et ne le coupez pas.Il est parfait comme ça, un vrai bonheur.Laissez fondre, si vous le pouvez, après avoir gardé quelques temps en bouche, sur votre palais, et vous sentirez bien un côté chocolaté.Je le conseillerai à n'importe qui, étant moi même un débutant en ce qui concerne le whisky.
