Havana Club Edicion Profesional est une gamme spécialement pensée pour et par les barmen. L'édition B est le fruit d'un travail avec Nick Strangeway, qui a supervisé le processus de finition d'une base de rhum vieillie dans des fûts fumés. Cette édition est un rhum brun cubain fumé grâce à un finish en fûts de chêne ayant précédemment vieilli des whiskies d'Islay. On obtient le juste équilibre entre les notes moelleuses du rhum et les notes sèches du whisky.
