Pagos' palettes of flavors, aromas and colors are deeply infused with the unique woody notes of sherry. To enhance this undeniable influence in perfect synergy with Hampden Estate's high level of esters, Pagos has been bottled at 52%.
Tasting notes
Nose : Refined and typical. Wax, hints of chocolate, apricot, sugar cane, Russian leather, lack and passion.
Palate : Fine and racy. Oil, star anise, clove, chocolate éclair and rum baba.
Overall : Balanced and persistent. Cocoa, ripe apricot citrus, quince jelly, noble woody and petroleum notes.
