GREEN SPOT Quails' Gate

This new edition of the "Wine Geese" series originated in southern British Columbia (Canada). The Stewart family has been there since 1908, when Richard Stewart immigrated to Canada from Ireland.
Richard and his brother William settled in Kelowna and established a tree, fruit and vegetable nursery. These were the roots of the Stewart family's agricultural expertise.
Six decades later, Richard's son Dick specialized in grape growing. With the help of his wife and son, he founded Quail's Gate Winery in 1989. For over twenty years, his entire family has been involved in making the winery one of the leading producers of "Vinters Quality Alliance" certified wines, a designation that guarantees the high quality of Canadian wines.
Green Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Quail's Gate begins its aging process in bourbon and sherry casks and finishes in wine casks previously filled with wine from the famous Canadian vineyard Quail's Gate.
